We welcome your visit to Verbena Spa, please find outlined below our access statement.All guests regardless of whether your life is affected in some way by a medical condition, disability, impairment, or specific learning difficulty are welcome here.
• There are disabled car parking spaces at the entrance to our Spa.
• The whole of the ground floor is accessible to wheelchairs
• All corridors and public areas are well lit
• All doors and corridors are wide enough for wheelchairs
• There is a lift to take guests to a dedicated disabled changing room & toilets
• Male and female changing rooms have ambient toilet cubicles and private changing cubicles.
• Service dogs (only) are allowed in the Spa
